Your customer can choose any support category, and start chatting with your support operators.
Your support operators log into PuristChat operator portal to chat realtime with your customers.
If no support operator is online, the message gets queued offline and displayed to your first available support operator.
When your support operators respond after your customer has left the chat, the customer gets a PUSH notification which brings him right back into chat.
